Heating Instructions: Defrost at Room Temperature. Pan Fry for 30 seconds + on each side to warm until soft and pliable.

These are the best! I've been searching for a gluten free tortilla that doesn't fall apart when you use it as a wrap. I've stuffed it full and it works perfectly! Tastes great too.
